Most animals will demonstrate some immediate changes post treatment, but it commonly takes a couple of days for the animal to experience the full benefits of the adjustments and to see any behavioral and / or physical changes. Please let your animal rest for 24 hours after an adjustment.
A follow up visit is recommended within at least a month of the first visit to determine changes and to reassess your pet. Long and short term recommendations for care can usually be determined at this point. Each patient is unique and requires individual attention for maximum benefits to occur. If at any point you see a return to some old habits in your animal, give me a call and we will try and schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
Fees
1st Visit
- Canine $ 60.00
- Equine $100.00
Follow up visits within 6 months of last visit
- Canine $ 45.00
- Equine $ 75.00
Travel Expenses
$ 50.00 if within 60 miles of Celina. This expense will be split with all horses in the barn that are adjusted on that day. Trip charge may be waived if there are enough animals to adjust or if you are on Dr. Ormston’s normal route.
Saddle Fit
- Equine $50.00 to $500.00 depending on services performed and time. See Saddle Fitting page for details.
Video Gait Analysis
- Supplied video $ 45.00 to 100.00 depending on measurements and quality of video
- Our video $ 50.00 to 150.00 depending on time to get video and measurements.
Educational Presentations and Group Demonstrations
Dr. Ormston is available for speaking engagements. Price varies according to the occasion. As his schedule fills up quickly it is a good idea to schedule speaking engagements early.
